Contains naturally washed wheat grains and lavender flowers. Natures natural way of soothing aches and pains, rheumatism, arthritis, bruising, sports injuries, menstrual pain, stress and tension. Can also be used as a cold compress to ease Migraine, headaches, swelling, bruising and sports injuries. Before use, heat in a microwave oven for 2 minutes and allow to cool. Repeat this 2 or 3 times to remove excess moisture. Simply place in your microwave for 2-3 minutes.
